Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Cathie’s Cat Grooming, I dedicate individual time and care to every feline client. Because mobile grooming relies on carefully planned routes and limited daily appointment slots, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact my schedule.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Notice Required for Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice incur no fees.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will incur the following fees:

  • First Cat: $70 base fee (may vary depending on the specific service booked).

  • Each Additional Cat: $40 per cat.

3. Uncaptured Cats & Partial Cancellations

If a cat cannot be safely retrieved or captured upon arrival for their scheduled groom:

  • Single-Cat Appointments: The standard $70 first cat fee applies.

  • Multi-Cat Appointments: A $40 fee applies for any uncaptured cat, alongside the standard fees for any pets successfully groomed.

4. Payment & Rebooking Terms

All outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled. Additionally, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required prior to confirming future bookings.

Emergency exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
